Age-Specific Programs

Ages 3-4

Focus on coordination, listening skills, and fun. We introduce basic movements through engaging games that build a love for physical activity.

Ages 5-6

Focus on focus, following directions, and basic Jiu-Jitsu movements. Children learn how to interact with peers and respect instructors.

Ages 7-13

Focus on anti-bullying, self-defense, and discipline. Students learn the "Armor" against bullying, building unshakable self-confidence.
